Our SAP Enterprise Learning Background

hyperCision is proud of the groundbreaking work of its SAP Learning Solution (LSO) consultants. Members of our team have been involved in the development of the SAP LSO since the late 1990s. We fed requirements back to SAP development before initial development on the product began, worked with SAP's US Product Management team to identify customers and partners to be involved in the first US focus groups, and were involved in roll-in, testing and ramp-up for the first three releases of the SAP Learning Solution (LSO100; LSO200 and LSO300.) Members of our team were responsible for the success of the first US implementation of the Learning Solution in mid-2003. Our consultants were the only US testers who participated in the Learning Solution 6.04 testing in Waldorf, Germany. We continue to work closely with SAP development and product management and are now SAP Learning Solution customers ourselves. We have been there since the very beginning.

About Us

hyperCision, Inc. was formed in 2001 with an initial focus on custom software solutions for high-volume, high-transaction systems within the financial industry. Our focus evolved into providing expertise in deploying enterprise-level, third-party packages for our clients while providing a technical understanding of how to design customizations when needed. In 2006, Sharon Newton joined hyperCision. She brings extensive experience in consultant management, and more than 15 years of SAP expertise. Ms. Newton is a recognized leader in the SAP Learning Solution world-wide.

Sharon Wolf Newton

President

Sharon Wolf Newton leads the design and development of hyperCision Inc.'s consultancy and is instrumental in company positioning. She has extensive experience in consulting management and in the management and implementation of SAP HCM solutions, particularly the SAP Learning Solution. Ms. Newton has over 15 years experience managing and consulting for highly visible, complex projects to support revenue generation, cost containment, and the strategic objectives of corporations and publicly funded agencies. She has worked with over twenty-five, Fortune 500 and Global 500 organizations in her consulting career, both from an implementation and a support standpoint.

Prior to joining hyperCision, Ms. Newton served as the National Hiring Manager for SAP America, managing the consulting hiring strategy for the Midwest region and the centralized hiring process across all regions. During her time with SAP America, Ms. Newton also enjoyed the roles of Human Capital Management Practice Manager for the Americas; Platinum Consultant with expertise in the SAP Learning Solution, Performance Management and Organizational Management; and Curriculum Product Manager for US-based HCM learning content at SAP University.

R. Todd Newton

Vice-President, Operations

Mr. Newton has over 20 years of experience in the software industry, spanning project management, solution architecture, and technical leadership roles across government and commercial industries. Mr. Newton has lead transformations in business and technology that range from healthcare to trading. Prior to hyperCision, Mr. Newton served as Director of Development of Intercap Systems, a cutting-edge provider of back-office solutions for the financial industry.

Prior to his work with Intercap, Mr. Newton managed software development and architectural decisions for government contractor RedZone Inc., responsible for providing Department of Defense and Department of Energy research and solutions.

Mr. Newton holds a BS from Carnegie-Mellon University, and a MS in Artificial Intelligence from The University of Stirling.
